You can download the product details in CSV format by clicking My Account at the top right corner under your account name. The CSV file link will be at the bottom of Account Information.

Currently we only accept PayPal. Orders will be processed once payment is received.

Sadly we do not offer credit terms. However, PayPal may offer the Pay in 4 options.

There is no minimum order amount / quantity.

Our pricing includes GST and shipping.

No. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours once payment clears.

We work with local third-party couriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Toll etc. depending on your order size and location.

Click on the Batch Order, upload orders in batch using the CSV format provided in the sample. Be sure to preview before clicking the upload button!  

You can view your Order Status / History by clicking My Orders at the top right corner under your account name.

a. No changes or cancellation are allowed after dispatch. If your order is not dispatched yet, we will try our best to cancel or change it.

b. Please email wesupport@ozbgroup.com for any order cancellation or if you need to change order details. 

No. For the safety of you and our staff, we do not allow this option. 

The delivery time typically takes an average of 3-7 working days but may vary depending on the courier. 

Uploaded orders will only be retained for 3 working days before being cancelled. Should you wish to reorder or make payment for the order that was cancelled, please create a new order by duplicating it.

17. Am I Allowed To Sell My Items On Online Marketplaces? 

a. Users are permitted to sell on online marketplaces in accordance with the platform's policy and limitations.

When you sign up for our Newsletter, you will receive the latest product news and pricing. We recommend you to whitelist our email address to avoid missing out.

At the top right corner under your account name, please click My Account. Then, click Edit and scroll to the bottom of the page. Check the subscription box and click save.
